Have about 20,000sf parking lot that needs to be sealcoated and striped. Landscaping portion consists of general cleanup of bushes, trees, plants, etc to make look nice - mulch beds already look fine. This is a commercial lot that just needs some easy upkeep - will pay immediately upon completion.
