Frey Paving & Concrete, LLC is looking to expand our team of skilled professionals for current and future asphalt paving projects in Southern Oregon. If you are a hard working individual looking for an accomplished career in the construction field, WE WANT YOU and are willing to train. You must be a safe driver with a clean driving record and be Drug Free. SKILLS REQUIRED FOR OUR PROFESSION: Be able to take Instruction and work independently Be Motivated to be your Best - Disciplined, Dependable, and Responsible Get along well with others/Be a Team Player Have a good attitude, self composure, and be able to manage stressful situations Be willing to learn and advance your skillset: operate machinery or obtain a CDL Be Safety conscious Be willing to work overtime - Average working day is 10 hrs Take Pride in your work Be Drug Free DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Load, Unload, and Transport job materials daily Set up job site in busy roadways and work along side heavy equipment Rake or shovel asphalt to rough and finish grade Use hand tools and small machinery to complete project Misc duties as needed Frey Paving & Concrete, LLC offers consistent work, competitive wages, and room for advancement.
