Description

Two busy CEO's, with three toddlers need help taking care of life-tasking. We are looking for a personal assistant to help manage the home, office, kids, etc. Benefits: Flexible Hours Benefits Good Pay Fun Household Possible Travel Opportunities A car! Potential for professional growth in one of our businesses What is the Job: It is kind of everything. Sometimes we need help at the office; sometimes we need help at home. Anything that needs to be done, takes time, and is something we can outsource to someone else, is potentially on the list. This is an on the books job - you will receive a paystub, need to pay taxes, and be authorized to work in the US. Mostly, this job is about 1/2 professional organizer, cleaner, etc. 1/2 communicating with us that you have done the job correctly and are not leaving any little pieces behind. Ideal candidate: - A little OCD - finds peace and happiness in organizing things and making them nice, seeing how a room feels nice when it is organized. Likes to cross tasks off lists, send pictures of completed, tasks, etc. - Likes Driving! It is not a ton of driving - but there is driving and Mom has driving issues and needs help driving. Someone who feels confident in the city is a huge plus. If you need a car, we can provide a car. - has flexible hours and is okay with some alternative work schedules. We need someone whom we can rely on for some regularly scheduled hours, and who can pop in to help if we are having a social or event or something off schedule. - is okay with little tasks (like picking up the dog poo) and big tasks (picking up kids from school, monitoring handyman, management of other people) - We generally have nannies, so if you don't know how to take care of kids, that is okay, but we want you to be able to pick up the nanny who cannot drive and drive her to get the kids. If you are also good with kids, huge plus, please mention it. - Likes kids - the kids are around sometimes, if you hate the sound of children singing in the car, this won't be a great fit. - If you happen to be a notary, please put that in the subject line. We hope to hear from the candidates who are a good fit with a resume and cover letter. Good luck to everyone in their job search :)
