Team Sales & Marketing Associate - Part Time Position

Carol Reen, a Top Agent Realtor in both San Francisco and San Mateo Counties, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate for a part-time position. Our team has a signature style and the work is fast-paced, so you’ll need to run with us. You’ll be assisting a team of agents with marketing needs for listings, further branding implementation, bringing in new business and front-facing activities/tasks. Looking for an individual who can jump in immediately, take the reins and propel us forward with enthusiasm and positivity. Responsibilities: + Marketing Plan/Schedule for Year - principal driver for its creation & implementation + Social Media - For All Platforms: Originate/Curate content, Post per Marketing Plan schedule + Direct Mail Campaigns: 2x’s month send postcards and/or letters, Obtain farm spreadsheets from various sources (title companies, realtor-specific apps, Realist), Origination of design and/or verbiage in various programs (Compass Marketing Center, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat), Coordinate manufacturing/mailing with printers + Generate e-newsletter material. + Ensuring the website (designed in WordPress) is up to date with all marketing materials/listings as needed. + Generate Weekly/Monthly reports of work completed and analytics reflecting impact of marketing. + Front-Facing Activities/Tasks (when needed): Provide access to listings, Open-House Preparation. Required: + Local to Bay Area and ability to come to San Francisco for meetings. + Reliable Transportation. + BA and/or 2+ years equivalent marketing experience + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and prioritize various tasks. + Expert familiarity for all Social Marketing Platforms and their use for small independent business people: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, WordPress. + YouTube (Adding videos, Editing videos, Video Manipulation, Editing skills). + Proficiency with GoogleSuite + Expert familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) + Proficiency with GoogleAds and Local Ads (GoogleScreened) Preferred, but Optional Skills: + Familiarity with Real Estate marketing terminology, transaction flow. + Familiarity with the Compass platforms. + Familiarity with these counties/regions in the Bay Area: San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, Alameda, Lamorinda.
