Shared waiting area; full bathroom; and full kitchen with oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and eating area. Free Wi-Fi. Appropriate for psychotherapists, consultants, life coaches. Very close to all Muni Metro lines, as well as the 24 Divisadero, 33 Stanyan, and 37 Corbett. There is also free on-street parking in surrounding area. Janitorial services, utilities costs, and paper products are included. A single day rental is $250 per month / Half day-rentals are negotiable.
