Location: Georgetowne Apartment Homes (gtne) 2222 South 142nd Court Omaha, NE 68144 This is a hands on maintenance position and is responsible for property inspections, make readies, work orders, general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet Monarchs established standards. Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities: • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications • Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review • Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program • Exterior structural maintenance as needed • Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone • Snow removal • Pool maintenance
