Porch and deck painting

Need to have my porch and deck(s) painted using porch and deck paint. Porch is APPROXIMATELY 200 Square feet. Two decks total APPROXIMATELY 600 square feet. There are columns and railings on the porch and railings on the decks that need to be accounted for. I would prefer that you come out and take a look at the project BEFORE you give me an estimate so there won't be any surprises.
