I am looking for a handy person that does light repairs-no major construction, plumbing, electrical, and painting. I need references from the last year. Without references I will not respond. Most of my property is in Schenectady and Niskayuna. I will pay $35.00 per hour week to week. Some weeks 8-10 hours, some weeks none. This is not a 40 hour a week job. I would like to hire someone A.S.A.P.
