Description
A property management firm in upstate is looking for someone handy full-time to fulfill a variety of needs for our business, including:
1) Weekly Landscaping for 4-5 properties
2) Monthly handy work and regular maintenance in the properties.
3) Pool Maintainance in the summertime.
4) weekly basic cleaning in some properties.
This is approx a 40-45 hour week job.
The guy must be very handy.. (have a basic understanding of some handy work, electric, plumbing, landscaping, etc.)
