Hiring to build conventionally framed lean-to overhang off side of new building. Dimensions will be 8 ft. long x 6 ft. deep. Two 4x4 posts total. Shingle roof with underlayment and drip/trim edge on three sides. Will also need decorative 45 degree bracing on both posts. Please see images. The two of the white bldg. are my building. The overhang goes over the door. The other two are examples basically showing what I want. Again, two posts, not three. Please provide your cash price to build. I will provide all materials. Must have advanced framing knowledge and experience, along with all tools and compressor. You most likely already have the various nails that fit your guns, so you may want to include nails in your price. Please price out to complete job 100% (no paint).
