Graystone Restoration is holding a Hiring Fair for the following positions: Contents Technician I-IV: Do you love to clean and organize? Are you passionate about helping people through a home-related disaster? This may be the career for you! This position creates experts in caring for customer's belongings. We pack, clean, organize, and restore the items damaged by fire, mold, or floods. Compensation from $15-20/hour with full benefits package and opportunity for growth. Emergency Services Technician: Graystone Restoration is a general contractor specializing in insurance restoration. This department specifically handles mitigation, dry-outs, mold remediation, and tarping/board-up projects. This position leads to a management position over a defined territory and crews. Compensation from $15-20/hour with full benefits package and opportunity for growth. Lead Carpenter: If you love construction work, but are tired of bidding, billing, and collecting, we have a career solution for you. You must be proficient at drywall patching/texturing, trim carpentry, and painting to succeed in this position. You must also be able to run a crew of at least 1 helper to be eligible for the piece-rate pay program. The larger the crew you are able to run, the greater your piece-rate earning ability will be. Compensation from $18-25/hour plus piece-rate earnings, full benefits package, and room for advancement. Typical W2 earnings for employees in this position are between $75,000-85,000/year. Construction Helper: You should be proficient at drywall patching/texturing, trim carpentry, and painting to succeed in this position. Construction helpers will assist Lead Carpenters and Project Managers with on-site construction work. On-the-job training will be provided, and this can lead to a Lead Carpenter position. Compensation from $18-25/hour with full benefits package and room for advancement.
