Established gigging band seeking Bassist

Hello! We are currently a 4 piece established band in need of a replacement bassist fairly soon. Our current bassist is not leaving yet, but has plans to due to being too busy, so I am hoping to find someone relatively soon who fits what we are looking for. We keep a pretty busy schedule with about 15 shows this Summer, mostly all around the lake shore summer towns like Saugatuck, Holland, Muskegon, with the exception of a couple dates in Lake City, or Grand Rapids. We are all in our early or mid 30's, and we play a WIDE variety of tunes. We love to keep it fresh, and add new songs consistently, and bands we cover range from Matchbox Twenty, to Collective Soul, to Poison, Eddie Money, Journey, etc. Basically anything fun, crowd pleasing, etc. we will do it! We like to not limit ourselves to a small window of styles or bands, but like to at least try anything we think will be fun. The band makes good money, and we take what we do seriously. We have all been doing this for 10 years plus on a very consistent level, and pride ourselves on maintain very professional attitudes, and having FUN. No drama here at all for us, and we do not rule the band with an iron fist, we encourage and accept input from everyone in the band. What we are looking for is someone who is professional, looks the part (meaning will dress like an entertainer/looks good), preferably around our age our younger (but not a requirement), can sing/harmonize well, is dependable, professional gear and willing to rehearse, prepare and will be fun to be around. We have a very good reputation in the scene and would like to maintain that level. ALSO: Knowledge of running sound/hooking up gear, etc. would be a major plus. We currently and have always ran our own sound from stage since finding a reliable sound man can be difficult and pricey. Our bassist has always dialed our sound in so if you have this ability, it would be a major bonus but certainly not a requirement. We use Ipads/Digital Mixer/Rack/and QSC/JBL sound, and we also have our own full size van dedicated for the band. LASTLY: We also write music that is alternative rock style/ pop rock/ etc, but it is mostly written between the guitarist and singer, so we would not expect you to be dedicated to writing, however we would expect you to learn what we write and perform it occasionally. (We like to write songs for fun and incorporate some of them in our sets every so often, and we also would like to do an album at some point).
