Texas Heeler to rehome

We have an almost two year old male Texas Heeler that we need to rehome. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and weighs about 20 lbs. Absolutely loves people. He is housebroken, gets on well with children, cats, other dogs, and chickens (unless you have an aggressive rooster). His only problem is that he loves to chase cars and nothing we do will dissuade him from chasing cars. He would likely do well in a home where he spends more time inside or where there is a fenced yard so he doesn't chase cars. Small rehoming fee applies.
