Looking for a full time General Maintenance/Handyman for a residential building. Job responsibilities: • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting (interior and exterior), air conditioning and refrigeration repairs • Prepare and fix units before move-in/move-outs • Perform general maintenance duties such as: electrical, plumbing, minor building repairs, caulking windows and doors, repairing windows, unclogging toilets, fixing leaks, repairing light fixtures, replacing broken doors and locks, patching holes in walls, etc. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, construction and/or handyman capacity If you do not have a resume, just send in your phone number and someone will contact you.
