Little Rocco is about 4 Lbs. and is a curious guy. He has been by my side for almost 9 years now, not one day apart. His tongue sometimes hangs out a little and looks like he's giving "raspberries" or like that one emoji icon :-P He is black and Golden brown with the lightest shade of gold belonging to the face. He did not have a collar on and was seen being picked up by someone in a white Ford Fusion on 04/26/2022. If you have any information please reply, please.
