This experiential workshop is designed to help students learn more about the benefits of essential oils to help support grounding and cultivate relaxation and a positive state of mind. Students will learn about the benefits of essential oils with a specific focus on essential oils that support relaxation and positive energy. We will also discuss the safe use of essential oils.
During the workshop, students will make and take their own custom essential oil roll on and participate in a special restorative yoga and meditation practice. Students will have the opportunity to learn about these powerful little drops of nature while experiencing the benefits for themselves. The essential oils incorporated into this workshop will include lavender, orange, and cedarwood essential oils to support relaxation and a positive state of mind. This workshop is suitable for all experience levels. Please dress comfortably and be prepared to work with oils.
