ISO BUYING A MALE LOVEBIRD

I'm waiting to buy a male lovebird with the colors like the one in the picture mixed with green or all green. I can only drive 20min far from where i live. I will pay $75 max no more than that I'll have to buy more food and stuff for it. I currently have another lovebird who is 4 months and i cannot spend much time with playing and handling it but it is very social and friendly just doesn't like being alone. Has to be a male. I have a big cage lots of toys and more for it.
