Chef Bill Hardin will take you on a tour of barbecue throughout the world. Chef Bill Hardin will take you on a tour of barbecue throughout the world. Our first stop will be in Turkey, where we prepare, grill and assemble minced lamb kebabs flavored with chili and sumac. Then we will head to Vietnam to barbecue a delicate, soft and whole sea bream seasoned with chili and lemongrass. Our next destination will be Asia to prepare a grilled, dry-rubbed pork tenderloin that is also marinated in a sweet soy sauce. Morocco will be our next place of origin for grilled chicken thighs with a ras el hanout spice rub finished with a sweet honey glaze. Italy is the inspiration for grilled carrots with ricotta and toasted pecans. Our tour will finish in the southern United States with grilled peaches accompanied with a maple glaze and bourbon and vanilla whipped cream.
