Our first stop will be in Turkey, where we prepare, grill and assemble minced lamb kebabs flavored with chili and sumac. Then we will head to Vietnam to barbecue a delicate, soft and whole sea bream seasoned with chili and lemongrass. Our next destination will be Asia to prepare a grilled, dry-rubbed pork tenderloin that is also marinated in a sweet soy sauce. Morocco will be our next place of origin for grilled chicken thighs with a ras el hanout spice rub finished with a sweet honey glaze. Italy is the inspiration for grilled carrots with ricotta and toasted pecans. Our tour will finish in the southern United States with grilled peaches accompanied with a maple glaze and bourbon and vanilla whipped cream.
