Description
Come explore the simplicity and technique of cheese making with us. Chef Jason and I show you the basics of making DF cheese at home! Calling all cheese lovers, dairy free and not! This class is for you! Join Chef Jason and I as we show you how to create these delicious and easy plant-based cheeses at home. I know you love cheese, and if you're like me, have missed it for some time. Well, miss it no more! You can have your cheese and eat it too! Chef Jason and I walk you through some basics of plant-based cheese making, simple ones for whipping up quickly any day of the week, and aged ones that will remind you of the "real thing". This is a hands-on class where participants will be helping make one or two of the cheeses in small groups. Each cheese will have a small bite served with it for tasting. We will show you the different ways to use the cheeses and alternatives for switching out ingredients to customize for your preferences. Participants will get to taste each cheese and take home the step-by-step recipes to recreate again and again. Only 22 spots available for this class. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another person or class one week prior to the class date. Kids over 8 are welcome to sign up with an adult and need a separate ticket. Message me with any questions. See you in class!
