Join YES Columbus! for a personal development event, Boundaries or Burnout. This is an opportunity to engage with other members of our community through a short panel Q&A followed by small-group empowerment circles. Led by our panel speakers, empowerment circles are designed to allow participants to share experiences with a more intimate group to connect on a deeper level. We are faced with choices, both personal and professional, all throughout the day. Those decisions allow us to thrive or can stack up and lead to burnout.
