Join TTL as we take on the Blue Hill Reservations! Meet TTL Outside... in the HillsFirst of many Hiking in the Hills. TTL will be hiking in the Blue Hills. Meet up time 9:30 AM Start Time: 10 AM Details: Head out on this 2.0-mile loop trail near Milton, Massachusetts with other Educators of Color. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1 h 33 min to complete. We'll stop for water breaks, discussions, and to take in the scenery. This is a very popular area for hiking, trail running, and walking, so we'll likely encounter other people while exploring. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash. Dark Hollow Loop Distance: 2 miles Time: 1.5 hours Starting point: Houghton’s Pond Recreation Area, 840 Hillside St., Milton ParkingParking is available throughout the park. Some large lots include Houghton’s Pond main parking lot (840 Hillside Street, Milton, MA) and the Blue Hills Ski Area, (4001 Washington St., Canton). During peak times, parking is limited, so please consider carpooling and arriving early. If you need a ride, let us know and we can help coordinate some carpooling.
