Arlington County Civic Federation’s Public Collaborative on Preserving Arlington’s Tree Canopy with Co-hosts - Northern Virginia Conservation Trust invite you to Spring 2022 Plenary Meeting – Taking Action for Trees Saturday, May 7, Meeting 10:00 am – 12:30 pm - FREE Networking Lunch 12:30pm – 1:30 pm In- Person: Arlington Mill Community Center, Multi-purpose 527 A&B 909 South Dinwiddie Street, Arlington, VA, 22204TBD Planned Agenda – 10:00 – 10:10 Introductions & agenda for the meeting 10:10 – 11:05 Purpose of the meeting: Collaborative Phase II recommendations; process for participants to select priorities; participants circulate to stations to vote 11:05- 11:15 Refreshment break and vote tally 11:15 – 12:10 Voting results and discussion; breakout teams start detailed planning & report future coordination & actions 12:30 – 1:30 Networking luncheon and informal discussions The recommendations from the previous Phase II of the Collaborative can be viewed at the ACCF website. We will take the following measures to help provide a safer environment for you: • The scheduled space’s HVAC system has been upgraded to provide improved ventilation to address Covid. • Activities that require close contact will be minimized. • Provide hand sanitizer. • Use single-use cups, dishes, utensils, and paper products. • Individually wrapped food and beverages.
