Created by Page Yang, HOME tells the story of her hometown Sacramento and the community that raised her into the artist she is today. Page Yang is a first generation Hmong-American woman born and bred in Sacramento California. She is a movement artist and multi-talented creative, with dance works that have been featured around the country, including the Equality International Film Festival, Thesis, and the Night Walker Sessions Tour. Her commercial work includes dancing with music artists Kanye West, Zaytoven, 21 Savage, Ayanis, and Brandon Leake. Throughout Yang’s creative career, youth and community still remain at the forefront of her dreams. She has collaborated with many Sacramento organizations to make dance more accessible to all neighborhoods, such as Rose Family Creative Empowerment Center, Fresh Empire, and Night Walker Sessions. Yang aims to continue bridging the gap for the youth, creating work that features Sacramento in all its glory, and providing opportunities to help others manifest their dreams.
