I need to remove old tile, toss it out to a dumpster and put new tile on a balcony in my apartment on Tuesday 5/3. I don't care about your permits, papers or licensing. NO CRAZY PRICES! I am not paying 500$-1000$ per day, don't even bother text me with that offers. You has to be neat person with his own tools, who don't smell marijuana. Plan of the job: You arrive at 9 sharp, measure balcony and check you would need to check. We will go together to Home Depot (1 mile from my Apt) and buy tile and everything we need. You have to have your own tile cutter or you can travel to Lowes by yourself to cut it there. After you done with tile on balcony I'll pay you cash and you free to go. I don't care how long it will take for you 2 hours or 20 hours, must be done in one day. DON'T OFFER ME GO TO HOME DEPOT ALONE to save your time etc. etc. If you don't have time that job is not for you. Send me email with info about you and your offer.
