I was on Mowry Ave in the crosswalk before Goodwill Early evening yesterday and found a letter with a gentleman's name and address in addition to what appears to be a blank Cashiers check in a blue envelope. If this belongs to you please contact me,V at by Text with your name and address. I'm not mobile,you would need to make arrangements to pick up in Hayward. Thanks
