Busy grade crew mainly residential around cape coral looking for a guy that wants to move up. Job includes raking shoveling, operation of skidsteer checking grade with laser etc. All aspects of gradeing. Looking for a entry level guy that could possibly run his own crew. Will train the right person but prefer someone with past site work/gradeing knowledge. Pay dependent on knowledge and qualifications. Extra $$ for CDL class A. small company. With room to advance.
