Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls are mesmerizingly played … allowing a safe ‘space’ to relax, refocus, re-balance and recharge. The bowls create vibrations that can be felt throughout your body … like an internal massage. They quickly and effectively bring you into a ‘relaxed awareness’. Sign up now, and register for this fun & powerful event! NEW Cacao & Connection, every Sunday in the lounge from 6:15 to 7:00. Get to know your community by playing Cards for Connection games. Savor each sip of cacao in the presence of new friends for a $5 donation per generous serving. Both cacao and the cards help you open your heart and deepen into the healing benefits of your meditation. Each Sunday at 7:00 we curate a special guest and activity that allows you to sample different spiritual modalities and practitioners!
