Come have fun while learning ways to move from point A to point B. Exercise has never been this much fun!
This class is ifor all skill levels from the beginners through advanced students. Students have fun while learning how to use their bodies to jump, climb, balance, swing, etc. Students should be taller than 30". Students learn to move efficiently through an obstacle course environment while improving their fitness and problem solving skills. Classes are held Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday for 6 weeks.
