Catering plan for The Chase of Beasts 2022. The Chase of Beasts 2022 is thrilled to offer a community kitchen for catering. In the commercial kitchen on site there will be a kitchen manager who works for the venue to help as well as Alix, one of our organizers, who will be there to guide folks in proper cooking procedures. Alix owns his own baking business and does small catering jobs, so he is very familiar with cleaning and safety guidelines as well. Each meal will be cooked by 4 community members and served in the lovely dining room. Feel free to take your meals outside or have breakfast in bed though! Stay tuned for a full menu! Pays for Friday lunch, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday brunch and Sunday dinner. Monday breakfast will be leftovers to prevent waste.
