My renters just moved out and I need to get the house ready for new tenants by Friday. Here is the list of things I need fixed & painted. See pictures for more details. Front porch -replace/fix lose boards (I would like the porch painted or stained…not a huge concern but if we can work out a fair price I would like to have it done) Master bathroom -touch up paint the vanity & outside tub -fix toilet seat Front door -fix inside casing Kitchen -touch up paint pantry door, cabinets & island 1 bedroom -replace blinds -fix screen 2nd bedroom -replace the window screen -replace the air vent (under window) -replace the broken piece in the door entry Guest bathroom -fix toilet seat -fix hole in wall -fix/replace outside tub casing -replace vanity (will have to pick up for me) -replace fixtures (sink & tub) -paint & caulk -replace 6 blinds in 2nd living room Things I would like to have done: -paint or stain back deck Please respond with what you can handle and your approximate price. I will also like to know when you are available to complete the task. Has to be done by Wednesday.
