Join us for the fun! Learn ocean skills with real LA County Ocean Lifeguards and get hands-on with paddleboards, rescue equipment and more! The LACoFD Lifeguard Division A.W.A.R.E. (Access to Water Activities & Readiness Education) Program connects kids from all over Los Angeles County to the ocean and to all of the programs the Lifeguard Division provides. LA County Ocean Lifeguards bring paddle boards, rescue cans and tubes, buoys, First Aid equipment and mannequins to your pools to interact with the children and give them a taste of a day in Junior Lifeguards. Safety is our number one priority. We provide ample lifeguards and staff to ENSURE the safety of every participant. We guarantee that every child who participates will leave with a smile on their face and knowledge in skills that could save their life or someone else's. Bring your swimsuit!!
