Join us as we learn of the rich history of the Haitian Flag, Live Music, A Taste of Haitian Culture, and a student's fund raising Live Music, A Taste of Haitian Culture, and A Moment of Solidarity in raising funds for Haitian Students attending Oakwood University. Bring: a lawn chair, or picnic blanket for sitting. Haitian Food will be available for purchase. We will be following CDC Guidelines DONATION: We believe in this beautiful Haitian proverb "Men anpil chay pa lou", which means " many hands make the load lighter". The theme for this event is Priye/Aji (Pray/ Act). We believe in prayer and we believe in using our hands and feet for God. For the "Act" portion, this year we will be raising funds for Haitian Students who are attending Oakwood University. All of the proceed will go to support students. It is the goal of Agape, with donations like this, to present students with full ride scholarship. Thank you for giving.
