In this 4 week course, you will learn the basics of how to cook plant based* breakfasts, lunches, sauces, and main courses. Each recipe is truly delicious and full of nutrient dense foods...which leaves you feeling satisfied.
Each week will feature one course. Several recipes of the same course will be demonstrated live where you can ask questions and watch how to execute each meal. The guests will receive a nice portion of each recipe during the demo. Take home recipe instructions will be given at the end of each class.
Plant based cooking is an adventure! It can be unknown, exciting, daring, and fun! So be sure to bring an open mind and, of course, and open mouth!
