COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY — The Cold Spring Harbor Central School District was nationally recognized as a Best Community for Music Education for its outstanding K-12 music education program, the school district announced. The Best Communities for Music Education has been awarded for 23 years by the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM). School districts throughout the nation that demonstrate outstanding achievements in efforts to provide music access and education to all students receive the award. The NAMM Foundation recognized the Cold Spring Harbor Central School District for the outstanding efforts of teachers, administrators, students and parents who have worked to make the district's music program and student success worthy of this recognition.
