Tow Truck Driver Top Notch Towing and Transport is hiring Tow Truck operators to join our team in Annapolis, Maryland. Looking for professional, responsible, trustworthy, reliable and hardworking people to join our team TODAY!!! We are looking for a Full Time day/on-call driver at night time. Driver will be on call on their shift for police rotation. Our Tow Truck Drivers are MOTIVATED DRIVERS who: Provide exceptional customer service to our Members in need of emergency mechanical help including jump starts, lockouts, towing and other services.Provide prompt and accurate service to private properties, motor clubs, and Annapolis City Police Department.Make sound decisions concerning the prioritization of service (e.g., safety concern, weather, traffic) and policy exceptions (e.g., member not with vehicle, use of agent). Look for ways to accommodate customersin all situations.Ensure quality and high-performance standards are achieved.Do you have what it takes? Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and the ability to operate passenger vehicles and trucks with automatic and manual transmissions. CDL is not required. Some experience driving and operating a rollback/wrecker truck.Three (3) years’ experience in an automotive/mechanical environment.Ability to pass a physical examination required by the Department of Transportation and maintain the certificate (DOT Card) for the duration of employment in the position.Satisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug and motor vehicle screening.Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds; bend, kneel, and balance to inspect vehicles.Must be available for rotating nights and weekends.We offer our Employees: A competitive salary of $500 to $1500.00/week, commission based.Overtime opportunity during peak season PAID training to qualified candidates.
