YERBA MATE- Some kitty's like Yerba Mate, 1-year-old, are abandoned and left to fend for themselves. Fortunately, our TNR team was able to trap him - not much resistance there - in Cayucos and give him a second chance to find a caring family. His had an injured eye caused by trauma when he came in and it was decided the best course was to remove the eye completely. He's healed, stitches have been removed, and he's back to his mischief self. He is extremely friendly with people but has a real attitude towards other kitties; he has made his preference very clear, "I'm to be the only one!" You'll never find a friendlier companion; he's loving, sweet, and he's all yours and just yours; you really can't ask for more!
