We are losing the battle with nature and need some help. The specifics are negotiable depending on your preference and we are willing to work around school schedules and rainy days with flexible hours. We are thinking of paying a set amount (per job) for each section of yard or maybe an hourly rate (both cash). Our hope is to find a win-win balance between work and pay where we both feel like we are getting good value. We will do the mowing and any tree trimming, but the weeds and berry bushes need more persistence (and kneeling) than we can muster. We live off NW Valley View Drive in North Albany and have all the tools that might be needed. You would just need your own water bottle, transportation, and energy.
