Hello! I am looking for a GC or active licensed residential contractor in GA. I am going through the licensing process and need some help - willing to compensate for your time. Long story short - I've been doing remodels and flips for years, for personal properties without the need of a licensed. Getting ready to self build a house for my family and the lender is requiring a license to provide me funds this time.
