Bass looking for projects, serious & otherwise

Looking for likeminded people (40s-50s) to join or form a rock project (or two): I tend to the higher-energy, uptemo, heavier side of the overall punk, post-punk, psych, garage, powerpop family tree. Covers, originals or (ideally) a mix of both. Things I like (but not limited to are): Go4, Iggy, Stooges, Buzzcocks, MoB, Police, Damned, Replacements, Soft Machine, Sonic Youth, Pere Ubu, Minutemen, early Who, VU, early Dino, Talking Heads (Tina 4eva), and so on. I love Motorhead, but that's probably too heavy (and monolithic) for me, and conversely, I love Neil Young, but that's probably too mid-tempo for me (as a bass player, that is. I'd gladly rock Crazy Horse songs as a guitarist, but Ive been focusing on bass in recent years.) so, everything in between Not so much into blues, country or jam bands. Have a studio space in Malden, have wheels, etc.
