HOMELESS PROBLEM In the area, encampments, drug issues, trash Fellow Neighbors We have a serious homeless encampment issue which exposes us to health hazards, drug problems, trash in our areas, theft and also it would be nice to try and have them move to a shelter if they can etc., Our voices count but there are not enough. There is an encampment/encampments and various issues going on Boundary Street near all of us etc., Please contact Cal Trans so they can add your complaint(s) so we can get action sooner. Specifically, Cal Trans should put the gate back up so that should somewhat hinder the encampments from returning.
