Hello! I am in search of a 2-3 bedroom home for rent in Petaluma available now or within a month or so. I am looking for a home that will allow 1 small dog, (9 year old chihuahua who is potty trained and spends majority of his time napping), has a W/D hookup & a nice backyard area. The home will be for myself & my parents. We are able to provide rental history/ references. We have been at my current address for 20+ years but need to relocate due to long commutes for my parents & I. All 3 of us have a clean background and can provide reliable/ steady income.
