5 yr old female cat

She is a loving cat, she is also a 5 yr old cat, I think she weights atleast 15lb if not more. I need to move and I sadly can't take her with me, shes fixed and has had her shots they may be due this summer. I have her paperwork I think I even have from when she was spayed. I can give a little food and a litter box if you'd like. You need a good cage for her or she'll break out of it. She is an indoor outdoor cat. Rarely gos out but comes right home. Shes better with older kids then toddlers.
