Apartment Maintenance Assistant needed in North Dallas. Pay is $26 per hour plus a monthly bonus. 50% apartment discount. This position requires general maintenance such as plumbing, HVAC repairs, preventative maintenance and assisting the lead maintenance in performing work orders.
