Description
Dear Families my neighbor wanted to spay a female cat on Wednesday
May 4th but she gave the cat away to a family. I had applied for this day
to hold it for my neighbor but since she gave away her cat the space is
opened for anyone out there that wants to spay/neuter their female cat or
male cat. If you are interested you don't have to pay for the "Holding Fee"
or registration fee of $25.00. It has already been paid and it will apply towards
the surgery. You need to text or call me at
and
give me the information to relate it to Laguna Madre Spay/Neuter Clinic north of the
Lighthouse in Port Isabel. We would need your full name, address, city,...
pet's name, approximate wt. age, breed, color of cat. The cat must not eat
or drink after 8pm. Must not have any fleas/ticks.
Bring cat in a carrier. Again, no food/drink after 8 p.m. Bring cat by 8:30 am
and not later on Wednesday morning to get spayed/neutered. You would only have
to pay $55 for the surgery. Pay for the antibiotics which is $25.00 and any vaccines
needed. If you have records of their current vaccines, please bring them with you.
Also you would need a cone and bring it along on Wednesday morning. Pet needs to
wear it for at least 10 days so it will not lick the incision with its saliva. Shredded newspapers
from Bargain Books or from the Padre Island newspaper may be used instead of litter. No litter
is to be used, only shredded newpapers.
Address: Stay on Highway 100. Turn left on Tarnava where the Lighthouse is, right before the
Queen Isabella Causeway. Stop at the yield sign. Proceed to Maxan Street. After crossing Maxan
turn right at the alley and you will see the clinic on your right about 30 yards from the sign
Laguna Madre Spay/Neuter Clinic. Park and fill out some paper work and they will take your pet
first come first serve.
Hope to here from someone or the $25 will be donated to them. Cats are our cozy companions.
