Find this little one a home

So this little dog was wondering the neighborhood and followed me home, I’ve tried finding his owner but nobody knows who this baby is. Is barely a few months old he’s a black lab and he’s intact. I’m trying to find him a home asap I can not keep him. If he’s not claimed soon I may try an animal shelter or who knows what. I have 2 dogs already and my landlord will not allow me a third. He’s free if anyone wants him come and get him.
