Sound person needed

My band is looking for a sound person. We have been running sound from stage, which obviously isn't ideal. We would like to have a consistent sound person take this responsibility off of our shoulders. May will be a light month, but once June hits we have about 20 shows on our schedule through the end of the year, mainly as small/medium sized bars in Pinellas county though we do venture into southern Pasco county a bit. We are a 5 or 6 piece band (one member doesn't always join us) playing country/rock. Ideally you have your own sound gear. We do have a few members running in-ear monitors.
