Looking for guitar teacher

Hi, my name is Emily and I'm trying to become a better guitar player. I like rock and metal music but I keep running into this problem where I get to a point in the song that I can't play and get frustrated. I'm looking for a teacher that can help me pick songs that I'll be able to play from beginning to end and will work together with me to get better over time. I can pay $30 a lesson for a half hour each week and can do lessons over skype or in person if you're here locally in Spokane. I'm not a total beginner but sometimes I get so discouraged I feel like one so I'm hoping we can start with easier songs and work up from there.
