Representative Daily Routine includes: Being punctual to the jobsite; procuring materials and tools for the job; removing debris from and preparing the site; performing necessary job tasks at the command and guidance of the supervisor, alongside the supervisor; cleaning up site and removal of trash, spent material, and tools at end of day; being a polite and civil representative of the company while on site; swift leave from site at end of day. Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Digging in various ground types; Lifting and carrying bags and buckets of heavy materials; using power tools to measure, cut, and secure wood and metal structures; scrubbing mold from structures; removing trash and debris from various spaces; working carefully in the environment to prevent additional damage; spraying pumped paint into various spaces; working under instruction of a supervisor to complete a job quickly. Requirements, non-exhaustive: At least 18 years old, valid Driver’s License, willing to take a background check, willing to take a drug test, have reliable transportation to and from work, able to lift at least 50 lbs, able to follow directions with or without supervision, willing to work in crawlspaces and other tight limiting spaces, willing to work in all types of weather, willing to work in muddy and wet conditions, basic understanding of how to use power tools, civility and polite attitude at all times when at a job or displaying company image *Pay negotiable at start and dependent on experience, pay increases dependent on performance reviews at 30 and 90 days*
