I'm hiring a carpenter to frame this patio structure. Please review pictures. Patio is 11' x 13'. Open gable. Plank ceiling. "L" shaped counter. Posts are already set. If youre interested in doing the shingles, they also need done. 4 squares total. This job is permitted. Permit is complete, foundation and underground electric has passed.
