Need someone to hold a ladder for me for a day

I'm painting the house that has a really tall backside and I have to use a 32 foot ladder but the customer is vigilant on me having someone to hold the ladder and not just me solo. I told them I feel comfortable up there but they want someone to hold it and won't let me paint those parts solo. I'll give you $12/hr to just hold it for me while I paint the soffits and fascia.
